With three generations involved in Southern California real estate, Joe now carries the torch for a family business that started in Los Angeles in the early 1960's. After graduating from the University of California Santa Barbara where he was a scholarship athlete for the Gaucho golf team, Joe fell in love with the Central Coast. His passion for the surrounding area inspired him to become a historian of Santa Barbara's past and guide to the iconic Spanish Colonial architecture that makes this coastal city one of the most beautiful and best places to live in the United States.
